Data Deletion Instructions — AI Meeting Assistant

Remove Google account access (revoke the app)

1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Select AI Meeting Assistant
3. Click Remove access — this revokes the app's read-only token immediately

Delete stored meeting data

1. Open the local application interface (the assistant dashboard on the owner's machine)
2. Navigate to the meeting, then click Delete meeting + everything derived — this cascade removes the transcript, generated summaries, diagrams, and index entries
3. For full removal: delete the local database file meetings.db and the inbox/ artifacts — all meeting content lives only in these two locations

What exists on Google's side after revocation

Revoking access stops all future fetching. Google's own platform artifacts (recordings/transcripts Google made during meetings) remain under Google's retention rules and are managed from the Google account/Drive — the app does not control platform-side copies.
