Terms of Service — AI Meeting Assistant
1. The service
AI Meeting Assistant is a personal-use application. It fetches the owner's own Google Meet metadata and transcripts (read-only) and processes them locally to produce summaries, minutes of meeting, and action-item records. It is provided to the owner only.
2. Acceptance
By authorizing the application against your own Google account, you agree to these terms as the single authorized user.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the app only with meeting content you are authorized to process.
- Keep your API credentials safe; do not share them.
4. Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties. Google and other providers' availability may affect features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
5. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time from your Google Account (Security → Third-party access) or by removing the OAuth client. Stored local data can be deleted at any time through the app.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated for the personal use of the app; the effective date above will change.
