AI Meeting Assistant
A personal, local-first assistant that helps Shams turn meeting discussions into structured, actionable records.
What the app does
- Imports meeting transcripts (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom export formats)
- Detects language per segment: English, Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, and mixed speech
- Generates summaries, minutes of meeting (MoM), decisions, risks, and action items
- Links every claim to its transcript segment as evidence
- Stores everything locally on the owner's machine with encryption at rest
Why this app requests Meet access
The app uses the read-only scope meetings.space.readonly to fetch Shams's own meeting transcripts and metadata from his Google account, so he no longer has to export them by hand. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; processed data never leaves his machine.
